This three-day management training applies the classic behavioural sciences concept – organisational development, to the key managerial and leadership functions. It concentrates on the role of organisational management for improving effectiveness. Increasing organisational effectiveness cannot be achieved by solely employing trivial administrative economic models but by concentrating on the significance of organisational management and executive leadership skills. The course presents the dynamic situational leadership as integrating, analytical and constantly evolving activity of psychosocial complexity.
Effective management uses psychological methods and new technologies as successful instruments for assisting decision-making, and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of performance. Competent executive leaders develop successful labour relations, plan, monitor and measure the results of the complex company organism functions. Today, it is of crucial importance that the whole company develops a clear and scientifically grounded understanding of the managerial systems and organisational processes so that it can aid increasing potential and practical leadership.
Whether resolving an economic or managerial problem or building an adaptive stable business system, executive leaders and their organisational behaviour play a significant role in all the single areas of business activities.
