CORPORATE FINANCE MANAGEMENT - Module 1

Getting the maximum value to enhance business performance, profits allowing allocating dividends and increasing share values are often discussed during business operations. This course focuses on financial analysis – economic value added and profitability, solvency, liquidity, turnover and company valuation methods. The subjects include reading individual and consolidated financial statements, cash flow management, comparability and return on investment risk assessment through capital asset price assessment models. The course explains how companies can be evaluated based on financial quarters’ results and how specific financial strategies can be employed. It functionally approaches the assessment of financial decision-making and uncovers investment quality mechanisms. The participants learn how to create value for the company owner by understanding combining assessment processes analysis with company potential analysis.
