PLANNING AND BUDGETING
Budgets contain useful business solutions information. The objective of this course is to offer both practical knowledge of drawing up budgets and introducing budgetary processes. Planning and control techniques are presented which financial managers and analysts employ. Budgets and their allocation are shown in company context. The course illustrates the differences between the long-term and short-term financial plans and identifies the obligations budgetary commissions. The main budget definitions, budget types and sub-budgets are explained and drawing up budgets is practiced. The focus is on sales and production budgets, material budget, raw materials budget, production budget and labour requirements, opening and closing inventory balance, marketing budget plan and budget administration. The course aids in understanding how to plan income budget, draw up expenditure budget, property budget and employ cash budget.
